Returns & Refunds
If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund.
Please be aware that you will be fully responsible for the return of goods and any associated costs of return.
Your cancellation request must be put into writing and received within the 14-day cancellation period.
Please note if you purchase any digital content, and download it within the 14 day period, then you agree to waive your right to any cancellation.
Any applicable refund will be provided within 5 days of us receiving the goods back, or from the date you provided evidence that the goods were shipped.
We recommend all goods are shipped back to us using a tracked service, as we can not be held responsible for any goods that do not reach us.
