Refund policy

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days at the buyers expense for a full refund. New goods must be returned unused and unopened.

If an item is returned and confirmed as faulty, then a full refund including the return postage costs will be refunded.

Please note - Most items are picked & packed within 1 hour of your order being placed and we have regular courier collections throughout the day.

If you request an order cancellation after your item has already been packed, then we will be unable to cancel it, but you are welcome to return the item once delivered.
