Address Changes

We are sorry but we are unable to change an address when it has been confirmed at checkout, the only option for us is to cancel the order and then you will need to redo the order with the correct address.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us if your order has arrived damaged. We may ask you to take pictures of the damage, to support a compensation claim with the delivery agent.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from us.

Shipping (UK)

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and orders are typically delivered within 3-4 working days of the order being placed. This can be longer during peak periods, such as bank holidays.

Please note our cut off for same day dispatch is 12:00pm GMT. If you order after this time, then your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

What does "We're expecting it" mean on the tracking?

The order has been shipped and collected by Royal Mail but it has not been scanned into their network yet. This does not mean that the order is "lost" or has not been sent. It does suggest that there has been a processing delay and as a result it may take longer to arrive than usual.

Royal Mail Tracked delivery times are not guaranteed and in extreme cases can take up to 10 working days to arrive if there are issues in their network. If your item has still not arrived after this time, please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping (EU)

Do you ship to the EU?

We have stopped shipping internationally, our products are on most EU Amazon sites and you can purchase through eBay as we use eBay's Global Shipping Plan.

Are your products available on Amazon EU?

Most of our bestselling products are available from Amazon France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium.

Please note that cannot guarantee Prime delivery on EU sites due to Amazon restrictions on which products they wish to stock at any one time.
