EU FAQs

What has changed since Brexit?
Goods could pass freely between the UK and the rest of the EU before Brexit with minimal customs checks and costs. As a result of the UK's departure from the EU, VAT is now charged on EU imports from the UK, which is either paid by the shipper (us) or the buyer (you).

Will I have to pay VAT, Duty and / or Clearance Costs?

No. Our shipping services are on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all costs are paid by the shipper. You will pay the VAT rate based on your local rate at checkout and there are no additional costs to pay.

My postal service has said I need to pay VAT before they will deliver my goods?
Please email us with a copy of the invoice sent to you, and a member of our customer team will be able to help.

Can you provide cheaper shipping costs to the EU?
We have kept our EU shipping costs as low as possible. However, there are additional costs associated with shipping goods to the EU after Brexit. Most of these costs occur per order, rather than per item, so multi-item orders are much cheaper.

You might find cheaper shipping prices elsewhere, however if these are on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis then you will pay VAT at your local rate plus a clearance cost, which is typically €10+ per order.

Are your products available on Amazon EU?
Most of our best-selling products are available from Amazon fr / de / it / es, however some are exclusive to our website. We also cannot guarantee Prime delivery on EU sites due to Amazon restrictions on which products they wish to stock at any one time.

Do you offer volume-based discounts on your store?
Absolutely! We offer multi-buy discounts, so the more you buy, the more you save. Larger orders also benefit from bulk shipping discounts, saving you even more money.
