The Spincare Record Cleaning Kit covers the full maintenance routine from start to finish. Each component has a clear job, and the drying stand addresses one of the most commonly overlooked steps - allowing records to dry fully before re-sleeving, which prevents mould and protects both the record and sleeve.
The 200ml cleaning solution is formulated to lift dust, dirt and debris from the grooves. The quick-dry formula means records are typically dry within 5–10 minutes of wiping, reducing the time on the drying stand between cleaning sessions. One bottle provides enough solution for 500 records.
The microfibre cleaning cloth works with the solution to remove loosened debris without scratching the surface. Clean the record in a circular motion - centre outwards - following the direction of the grooves. The cloth can be hand-washed with warm water when it becomes dirty.
The velvet cleaning pad handles dry surface dust before or after wet cleaning. Slide it outwards from the centre of the spinning record to lift loose particles ahead of playback. The carbon fibre stylus brush completes the routine - a few strokes from back to front before each side keeps the stylus free from build-up and maintains tracking precision over time.
