10" DENSITY Polythene Outer Sleeves (25 Pack)

These outer sleeves are made from polythene rather than PVC. Polythene is acid-free, which means it will not react with the card or paper of the artwork sleeve beneath - no misting, no sticking, no discolouration over time. At 400 gauge (100 micron), the material is thick enough to hold its shape and protect corners without becoming rigid or prone to cracking.

The finish is transparent - a natural polythene appearance that sits slightly more opaque than a crystal clear sleeve. Artwork remains fully visible and readable.

UV resistance is built into the material. Records stored near windows or under artificial lighting are at risk of gradual fading and discolouration on their artwork sleeves. These outer sleeves provide a consistent barrier against that without any additional treatment required.

At 25 sleeves, this pack is well suited to a smaller 10" collection or as an introduction to polythene outer sleeve protection for EPs. For a larger or growing collection, the 50-pack offers a more cost-effective quantity.
