Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We currently ship orders placed through spincare.co.uk to UK addresses only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and are typically delivered within 3–4 working days of your order being placed.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or if there are delays within the Royal Mail network. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery times are not guaranteed and, in exceptional circumstances, delivery can take up to 10 working days.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help.

Free UK tracked delivery is available on orders over £20.

International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally from spincare.co.uk. Spincare products are available internationally through selected Amazon marketplaces and eBay.
